Condition of Items
FIND specialises in antique and vintage furniture, lighting and objects. All items are pre-owned and will show signs of age and use, including marks, wear, repairs or variations in finish. These characteristics are considered part of their history and are not faults.
While we aim to describe and photograph each piece accurately, not all signs of wear may be visible or fully detailed. We encourage customers to request further information or arrange a viewing prior to purchase.
Sales & Returns
Due to the nature, scale and condition of vintage and antique furniture, all sales are considered final. Returns are not accepted unless an item has been materially misdescribed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all dimensions, descriptions and images before purchase.
Payment
All prices are listed in Euros. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase and cleared before collection or delivery is arranged.
Collection & Delivery
Collection is available by appointment.
Delivery can be arranged at an additional cost through independent third-party couriers. While FIND can assist in organising delivery or recommending couriers, the contract for delivery is strictly between the customer and the courier service.
FIND is not responsible for delays, loss or damage in transit, to the extent permitted by law. Responsibility for the item transfers to the customer once it has been collected or handed to the courier.
Customers arranging their own courier are responsible for ensuring appropriate handling and insurance.
We recommend that all items are inspected promptly upon delivery. Any issues arising during transport must be addressed directly with the courier.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. In certain cases, a cancellation or processing fee may apply to cover payment platform charges.
FIND reserves the right to cancel any order and will issue a full refund where applicable.
